The customer came to us with a reference photo of a ring his girlfriend had fallen in love with and simply had to have. With this image as inspiration, we began to understand their vision and the style they wanted to bring to life, we talked with the customer to ensure every detail would meet their expectations.

To give the customer a clear picture of the design, we created a custom CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model. This allowed the customer to visualize the ring’s exact specifications, from the setting style to the intricate details. Along with the CAD, we provided a transparent and accurate quote for the total cost!

Understanding the importance of the perfect diamond, we curated a selection of pear-cut diamonds for the customer to choose from. Each diamond was carefully handpicked to match the quality and style of the design, offering a range of options that fit the customer’s preferences in terms of size, color, clarity, and overall aesthetic.

Before moving forward with production, the customer had the chance to review the CAD design and make any final tweaks to ensure everything was exactly as envisioned. Whether it was a small detail or a bigger change, we worked closely with the customer to perfect the design, making sure it met their highest standards.

Once the final design was approved, the selected diamond entered the production phase. Every step was carefully executed by skilled craftsmen, who brought the design to life with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the ring was nothing short of exceptional and fit the customers vision perfectly! 

After the ring was meticulously crafted, It was triple checked by our team, then it was ready for the customer to pick up. The finished piece was a beautiful representation of their original vision, and the customer could finally present the perfect ring to his girlfriend, making the moment even more special.
